List of translation blogs
Here is a list of translation-related blogs that I’ve collected in my RSS reader over the past few years.
Be aware that some of these blogs are more active than others, while a small number are almost completely dead. (If I’ve kept them, it’s because I live in hope of seeing them revived again.) There’s also a definite bias towards my own language combinations of French, Spanish, German and English.
I’ve laid out the provisos – now, enjoy!
UPDATE JUNE 2009: The blogosphere being what it is, keeping a static list of links started to feel a bit self-defeating. Instead, I’ll be maintaining a more dynamic list of translation-related blogs here as a kind of work-in-progress. I won’t update the list below anymore, but will keep this page here for archival purposes. So check out my new list for a more up-to-date and comprehensive list of translation-related blogs in my language pairs!

I googled “translation blogs” and came across your blog. That’s quite an impressive list. I hope you will visit my blog and consider including my blog to your list. It’s an active blog, although it hasn’t been around long (7 months)
I’m a French to English freelance translator. Would be nice to have your thoughts on CAT tools. I’ve stayed away from them. I tried two, but wasn’t that impressed! I’ll be reading your “technology for translators” thread shortly.

I also found your list by Googling for “translators blogs”.
This is a very useful list. It actually gave me the idea to start my own blog, which is intended to deal with issues relating to patent translation and translation of articles from technical and medical journals from Japanese, German, French, Russian, Czech and other languages into English.
